Royal Agricultural Society Strategic Review (2021)

SGL fully reviewed the future positioning and role of the parent organization, with a key emphasis on how the organisation could best support and guide its member organisations in the future. Key recommendations included the development of improved collaborative strategies with relevant rural organisations (both nationally and locally); improved rules management, volunteer, digital and resourcing strategies; and consideration of the future development of local A&P facilities as rural community hubs to meet the broader needs of their communities.
