Undertaken for New Plymouth District Council, this project was to assess two redevelopment options that been identified for Todd Energy Aquatic Centre which could meet the needs identified in their Aquatic Facility Study.

The keys outcomes were:

  • A full assessment of short listed options.
  • Presentation to the elected members, including advice around a suggested level of project contingency
  • Business Case for the preferred option


The feasibility study has four stages. Tasks to achieve the milestones are:
