A market analysis and financial plan was prepared for this local outdoor waterpark. The outcome was a redeveloped facility, new management arrangement and an improved financial outcome for Council.

The feasibility study has three stages and five milestones as defined in the Study Brief. Tasks to achieve the milestones are:
