Tobruk Pool Redevelopment Demand & Financial Forecasts

Cairns Regional Council commissioned SGL to carry out a demand and financial forecast report to:

• Review the existing feasibility and conceptual information on hand;

• Consider the impacts arising from the new features identified at the start of the detailed design process;

• Develop a set of demand based assumptions; &

• Develop a revised income and expenditure forecast to account for the new business opportunities identified at the start of the detailed design process.
