The SGL Team has demonstrated skills in engaging with the community to plan and achieve social outcomes.  

SGL has experience in working with staff and elected members in local and state governments and the not for profit social and health services industry. 

We work collaboratively to build focussed and multipurpose facilities. We develop leadership skills and  programs using community development principles to buildsocial capital.

SGL uses a suite of evaluation and monitoring techniques, such as population indicators of health and wellbeing,  to develop service outcome and output measures.


The SGL team are skilled and experienced in planning and delivery of age friendly communities, developments and services, active ageing plans and HACC services.

Community Engagement

SGL have extensive experience and credentials in planning and delivering quality community engagement from information provision to community ownership of decision making.


With the Commonwealth and State reforms of the disability sector, SGL can assist councils and organisations in review and development of Access and Inclusion Plans.

Neighbourhood and Community Centres

SGL bring a track record in community facility feasibility study, master plans, management planning and a focus on effective community hubs.

Program Evaluations and Reviews

SGL have a wide range of tools to offer in measurement, review and evaluation for example of  leadership and volunteer programs, and services for active aging, disability, youth, families, preventative health.

Social Infrastructure Planning

SGL will work with staff stakeholders and community to deliver green fields or redevelopment plans for social Infrastructure development  built in to short, medium or long terms plans.
