OVERVIEW

Rob's background extends across the leisure industry to incorporate sport, fitness and community programs.

Over the last eight years he has managed multi-purpose local government facilities in South Australia for Casa Leisure. Prior to this, industry experience was gained through employment within the fitness industry and for an International extreme sports company, which included establishing locations in Spain, Greece, Russia and Australia.

Through his employment with Casa Leisure, Rob has "hand's on" experience in current issues effecting sport, fitness and recreation.

He has a broad understanding of industry trends and local community expectations for these services across the community or within specific populations

Rob has practical working knowledge in the development of strategies and plans to facilitate growth or obtain and maintain market share within competitive environments.

Through the management of local government facilities Rob has experience with managing the needs of diverse user groups and the delivery of key outcomes for stakeholders. He has a strong focus on customer service and has worked closely with local communities in the development of programs and services to meet user needs.
