OVERVIEWPeter has worked in the recreation field since 1977 including facility management positions with the YMCA, a range of Victorian and Tasmanian Local Authorities and commercial facility providers. Peter brings more that 17 years aquatic and leisure facility management experience with a proven ability to lead and manage projects, events and operational reviews. Peters key attributes and skills include high level leadership, innovative customer services and strategic management and operational abilities. He has an excellent understanding of contemporary management practices and has the ability to plan, determine and manage appropriate financial, physical and human resource needs. He also brings a high appreciation and considered approach to planning and facility operations from his experience as Chief Executive of a large recreation disabilities organisiation. Peter is based in Hobart, Tasmania. |
